Project Team

Every project has different requirements that can be dealt with by using various strategies.

Specific-Group allocates its team of employees according to the type and scope of each project. By using a process-oriented approach, we leverage the finest individual expertise.

Our project team:

  • Project Manager (Austria)
  • Project Master (Belarus)
  • Software Developer (team) (Belarus)
  • Quality Assurance Manager (Belarus)
  • Graphic Designer
  • Certified Translator

Project Manager Austria: All of our project managers possess a wealth of experience and several are certified ScrumMasters. The project manager in Austria is responsible for the planning and implementation of your project from the preliminary phase through to successful completion. His initial task is to create a software requirements document, followed by the cooperative development of a functional specification. He takes care of coordinating and scheduling the collaboration with project partners and manages risks and countermeasures. He is your direct contact person. The project manager in Austria is responsible for managing "all along the line".

Project Master Belarus: The project master has the task of supervising the framework for project implementation and the division of roles within the project team. He maintains transparency throughout the entire development process which, in turn, facilitates identification and harnessing of potential areas of improvement. The project master makes sure that the team is productive, that working conditions are good and team members are satisfied.

Software Developer (team), Belarus: The software developers are entrusted with the software development itself. They are responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned to them according to our motto – Quality, on Time, within Budget.

Quality Assurance Manager, Belarus: The quality assurance manager ensures that your software project fulfills the quality requirements and that all defined goals are met before it is delivered to Austria. He creates test cases and test scripts (where applicable) based on use cases in the functional specification. The result is a test catalog. The quality assurance manager checks every single release and version of the software. He also makes sure that every single test case listed in the test catalog is completed. Once a software update has passed all test cases without any errors, he forwards the software update along with a test report to the project manager in Austria.

Additional team members if required by the project:

Designer Belarus: They are trained graphic designers. They design the user interface and are also responsible for the implementation of the corporate design within the application, if applicable. An essential part of the designers’ tasks is to find the ideal balance between the wishes of the client, the demands of the users and the technical possibilities.

Certified Interpreter Belarus: University graduates with excellent German and English language skills specialized in the translation of specifications for software development, are a part of our core team. For the various disciplines and languages (e.g. in business or finance, in a technical field or for legal issues) external specialists are readily available. Similarly, we have contact with software localization companies. They customize software text resources and also online help and user guides to regional markets. Not only are the text portions of the software translated, but other important adjustments are made.
