Personnel Procurement

In addition to our current outsourcing model, we provide our customers with the opportunity to temporarily hire one or more IT specialists. We also offer the infrastructure of our development centers. The prerequisite for this is the fixed purchasing of a monthly hourly quota (160 hours/developer/month).

In this service category, communication between the customer and the software developer (team) is carried out in English and occurs directly. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, only highly-trained personnel with an excellent command of English are used. The customer selects employees based on their profiles. At the beginning of each calendar month, we will provide you with a timesheet for each employee detailing his or her activities for the respective previous month.

This collaborative scheme allows for very cost-effective prices.
