Marcus Brandstetter has been in the software business for almost 20 years. From 1992 on he worked for various international corporations specializing in the IBM AS/400 (iSeries) machines. His main tasks were the development of business solutions based on AS/400 computers as well as project management. In 1998, he decided to start his own company. He expanded his business portfolio by forming a software development studio in Belarus, allowing him also to develop software for PCs. His challenge is, together with his teams, to maintain a high standard of software development and project management. He defines the workflows which guarantee a seamless execution of multinational projects.

Stefanie Turni does not just ensure that all administrative processes are executed smoothly. As a law student, Stefanie also takes care of contract controlling and personnel administration. Her strong sense of aesthetics and her hands-on mentality make her an indispensable part of all of our advertising, event and marketing activities.

Cornelia Naderer is responsible for the administrative procedures related to our projects, while at the same time working on her business degree. She supports the project managers with the development of proposals and coordination of their schedules, and she takes care of our customer database. Cornelia Naderer is also responsible for maintaining our web site and creating our internal newsletter.

With 20 years of experience in the IT business, Werner Klomfar has sound knowledge of project management, software development and networking. His main areas of expertise are banking and ERP systems. For many years Andreas Berger has integrated interdisciplinary project management and CSCW know-how from his research and teachings at the TU Vienna and University of Vienna into Specific-Group. His greatest passion is the analysis of complex systems and customer requirements and creating ingenious concepts to transform them into easily-expandable and user-friendly applications. In the past, he has realized numerous projects, such as human-resource allocation strategies, payment portals, complex interfaces, reporting tools and data warehousing.

As an early adopter, Rusi Bozukov is the innovator of our company. He possesses sound know-how in the areas of Web 2.0, usability and mobile technologies. In his function as project manager, Rusi Bozukov also often acts as consultant to our customers. As such, he is highly valued by our customers for his ability to draw optimal solutions out of preliminary designs.

With more than fifteen years in the banking field focusing on domestic and international payment transactions, payment formats (SAP iDoc, SEPA, Swift, Multicash, etc.), web banking and core banking systems, Thomas Radda is our specialist for the banking and financial sector. Naturally, Thomas Radda possesses substantial technical know-how, especially in the areas of Java and IBM AS/400 (iSeries).

Marcus Wimmer brings with him years of software development experience from the automotive supplier industry. He connects his work at Specific-Group to his research and teaching at the applied sciences university Technikum Wien.
Especially in the analysis of complex projects, even those not optimally prepared by the customer, he draws from this wealth of experience to find out all the necessary information, which he then structures accordingly for the development team. Marcus Wimmer is well-known for always asking the right questions.

David Bauer has many years of experience in software development. At Specific-Group, his responsibilities include managing projects in the areas of client/server applications (.NET and Java), mobile applications, as well as applications for digital image processing in the industrial area (quality control).
