Your contact person at Specific-Group is our project manager in Austria; he meets with you, formulates and concretizes your requirements and passes them along to the development team. He is the link between the customer and the development team..

In the event that customers wish to communicate directly with the development team, Specific-Group provides them direct access to the issue tracking system. Here, bug reports and change requests are entered in the form of ‘tickets’ (in English or German). You can see the current status of an issue anytime.

In addition, video conference rooms with state-of-the-art technology are available for conducting video conferences in all Specific-Group offices. Our video conference system is designed to allow ten people per location to participate in a video conference. Moreover, you can communicate with the video conferencing system via PC client.

Some customers want to meet the development team personally. At the request and expense of the customer, employees from Belarus can, of course, come to Austria, and if you wish to meet the entire project team, please feel free to simply come to Minsk. Minsk is only one and a half hours from Vienna by plane. Our employees are always pleased to be able to personally greet customers.
