Additional services of Specific-Group: IT recruiting in Belarus and Russia. Specific-Group supports your search for highly-qualified technical personnel in/from Belarus and the Russian Federation.
This means specifically that:
- place corresponding advertisements in the relevant media outlets;
- conduct interviews;
- filter candidates’ resumes and forward the best of them to you for review and selection;
- conduct comprehensive qualifications tests with eligible candidates;
- organize a personal interview of the candidates with you, and
- apply for the requisite Austrian work permit.
On-site development by Austrian developers
If required, we provide local developers for you — for temporary bottlenecks, further development of internal company know-how, or as an intermediary between you and the development team in Eastern Europe.
On-site development by Belarusian developers
For a limited period of time (four months maximum), it is possible for you to employ one or more developers from Belarus at your company. Say, for example, that you plan an direct outsourcing surge and you prefer on-site handling, you want to structure the communication process with a Belarusian development team, or you require professional know-how on a short-term basis.
Maintenance of existing software not developed by Specific-Group
Specific-Group will also take over the maintenance/enhancement of software applications that were created by other developers.
This is how it works:
- After a non-disclosure agreement has been signed (optional), we receive from you the source code of the application to be maintained/enhanced
- The Specific-Group developers check the quality of the source code and prepare a cost estimate for analysis of the application
- You authorize us to commence work on the analysis
- After the analysis has been carried out, bugs in the application can be fixed or change requests can be implemented
- A maintenance agreement may be negotiated, if desired
Stand-by service outside regular working hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
If required, our project management and development team (according to the selected service type) are pleased to be at your service outside of regular office hours. In order to keep your costs down, we also offer stand-by telephone service (we are available via phone within a previously selected time frame) at an affordable rate. Our developers will be online within an hour after you contact us in order to take care of your problem. It is, of course, also possible to directly request online stand-by support (a developer will be in the office and can receive your requests online). A previously-scheduled appointment must also be agreed upon for this service.
